What can I do for free?

Explore Experiences, save what fits, build your BirdStory, use Wild Words, and share individual Experiences. You can also create up to four profiles on one account.

What does the Guide Pack unlock?

Your Personal Guide, Supporter Guide and Quick Read, plus full-guide sharing and downloads.

Is the Guide Pack a subscription?

No. It’s a one-time purchase. Once unlocked, your guides stay yours.

Can I update my guides later?

Yes. Your BirdStory can keep changing as you save more Experiences, and you can create or update your guides as there’s more to work with. Each Guide Pack includes 12 guide creations or updates, shared across Personal and Supporter Guides and every profile on your account, with no expiry. Creating or updating one Personal or Supporter Guide counts as one; creating both counts as two. Quick Reads are unlimited and don’t count, and editing, viewing, downloading or sharing a guide you already have doesn’t either. If you use them all, you can request four extra at no charge, once per account. After that, another Guide Pack adds 12 more.

Can I share things on Free?

Yes. You can share individual Experiences on Free. Full generated guides, guide sharing and downloads are included with Guide Pack.

When should I unlock my guides?

There’s no rush. Start by saving Experiences that genuinely fit. When there’s enough to work with, BirdStory will let you know your guides are ready to unlock.

Do I need a diagnosis to use BirdStory?

No. BirdStory starts with lived Experiences, not a diagnosis. You can explore, save and build your BirdStory without a formal label. If you do have a diagnosis, you can share it to help us tailor your experience.

Why would I use more than one profile?

You might build one for yourself and others for a partner, child, family member or someone you support. Each profile keeps its own Experiences and BirdStory separate.
